Jason Sirotin

Jason leads SimplSolutions' vision: turning a company's knowledge into a governed Business Brain that makes work lighter, calmer, and more effective. He focuses on the business outcomes (time, consistency, and fewer dropped balls) that put AI to work for operators, not the other way around.

Straight answers for operators comparing Jason Sirotin's work in governed AI systems against the mess of real workflows, tools, approvals, and risk.
Are businesses actually using AI in meaningful ways, or mostly talking about it?
Alex's answer: Meaningful AI adoption starts with a measurable business job, not a model demo. Name the workflow, the human owner, the source of truth, the action AI may take, and the result the business expects: less cycle time, fewer dropped handoffs, better consistency, or better customer response. Keep people responsible for judgment and exceptions. If a team cannot explain what changed in the work and how it was measured, it has activity, not transformation.
