Integration does not grant the Business Brain unlimited permission. We define what it may read, prepare, write, send, approve, and escalate. AI handles the repetitive work. Humans keep authority.

Can SimplSolutions connect to any software system?

Many modern and legacy systems can be connected, but no responsible integrator should promise every connection before review. Feasibility depends on the system's interfaces, account permissions, credentials, vendor rules, data restrictions, security requirements, and the workflow you want to run.

Are all the systems in this directory prebuilt native integrations?

No. This directory shows connection examples, not a claim that every platform has a ready-made SimplSolutions connector. Some use a native integration, some use middleware or an API, and some require secure file exchange, browser automation, or a custom adapter.

Do we need to replace our current software?

Usually not. The Business Brain is designed to work across the systems a company already uses. The first goal is to coordinate context and action between those systems. Replacement only becomes a separate business decision when an existing tool cannot support the required workflow safely or reliably.

Can we change AI models later?

The platform is designed to be model-agnostic. A workflow can be architected so the model layer can change without rebuilding the company's knowledge, policies, approvals, and operating logic. The exact portability depends on model features used in that workflow.

How do you control what an integration is allowed to do?

We start with least-privilege access, clear owners, approved sources, action boundaries, human review, and escalation rules. Authentication and authorization use the methods supported by each connected platform. Sensitive or regulated use cases require additional privacy, security, legal, and compliance review.

What if our legacy system has no API?

We inspect the available paths: database access, scheduled exports, SFTP, structured files, email workflows, vendor portals, or an authorized browser process. If none can be made reliable and safe, we say so. A fragile integration is not a useful integration.

What if the software we rely on has no API?

Check for database access, scheduled exports, secure file transfer, vendor portals, structured emails, or an authorized browser workflow. If the available path is too fragile or risky, do not automate it until the system changes.
